SUMMARY
The connection between successful real estate management
and internal and external factors, that define the real estate
use, is being discussed. The analysis of the external factors
shows the opportunities and dangers associated with using
the real estate. Based on that, it is determined what can
be done with the real estate. The elements of the internal
environment are analyzed for weaknesses and strengths in
conjunction with what has been done with the real estate.
The two analyses are combined in a decision of what to do
with the real estate.

Разглежда се връзката между успешното управление
и външните и вътрешните фактори, обуславящи
използването на недвижимите имоти. Анализът
на външните фактори разкрива възможностите и
опасностите, свързани с използването на недвижимия
имот и определя какво може да се напрани с него.
