The duration of the work on the project and its cost depends on many factors.

Typically, a project area of 250-300sq.m is developed within 30 to 90 days. If the area is more, then the time of work on the project grows.

There are several ways of payment of the architect's works: a fixed payment, hourly payment and payment advice.

Fixed payment. Depends on the precise plan of work in your home, and of the amount of your budget. In this case, is the cost of the project for renovation or for designing a new home. A fixed payment will be 15 - 20% of the total cost for the reconstruction and 10-15% of the total cost for new construction.

Hourly pay. Used for small projects and is calculated on the basis of actual time spent.

Prices range from 50 to 100 euros per hour depending on the city, the object level and complexity of the project.

 Payment advice. On specific themes or issues. Consultations can be via Skype or in your home, or your chosen shop. The cost of the consultation is 100 euros per hour.
