than one hundred establishments participated and 12,000 cachopos were sold in
the days of the issue, according to figures
from the organization. And the days dedicated to this specialty multiply and there’s hardly a restaurant or cider that does
not spend at least one weekend a year to
provide cachopos at special prices. That
is a bonanza for the industry confirmed

of Hospitality Asturias: “There are lots of
cachopos varieties and every year are organized various competitions where compete many establishments. One more incentive to enjoy the Asturian gastronomy
and, through it, to enjoy a wondrous land.
