MP : You created the Wrong Planet site when you were still in high school . What was your original vision , and where is the site today ?
PLANK : I created Wrong Planet with Dan Glover in 2004 . He ’ s since moved on to other things , but basically , we wanted to create the essential place for everything related to autism . We had articles and people submitting poetry , stories , etc . It really touched a lot of people in a big way . In

the first few days , we had maybe a few hundred members .
There are so many messages , like on the forums ; there are millions of comments . When you search for stuff on the site , older threads will pop up , and it ’ s cool to see those . We have a lot more people writing articles . When we launched Autism Talk TV , it pretty much propelled the video . We got a lot of interest from that .
Today , Wrong Planet is a web community designed for individuals with Autism , Asperger ’ s Syndrome , ADHD , PDDs , and other neurological differences ( and parents / professionals related to them ). We have a discussion forum where
