In order to facilitate the distribution of the air and the fuel for the internal combustion, the automotive
intake manifold systems are installed within the automotive engine assembly. This system can be
employed in automobiles both having conventional prototypes and in computerized controlled fuel
injection. The single inlet of air termed as plenum is involved within the system to pass through
numerous runners or tubes of the combustion cylinder. In the automotive intake manifold, aluminum
was used traditionally but now it is replaced by other materials such as magnesium and plastic which
results in reduced engine weight and enables a high degree of mechanical and thermal resistance.
