Welcome to Zhukovsky!!!
"Hello everyone! I’d like to tell you about the Stork monument situated in the public garden near the main square of my town. The figure has two light bulbs. The first is blue and the second is pink. But why has the stork got them?
The statue was erected about 2 month ago. The idea belongs to the Youth Council. Our town is not very big, that’s why it has only 120000 people. So, when a child is born (and this does not happen often) one light bulb begins to shine. The Blue colour is associated with a new born boy and the pink one with a new born girl.
So, everyone can watch the increase of the population."
