The market has definitely not been good for some time, thank goodness we are having a great winter selling season. Purchase applications and sales are up. Thank God and Mother Nature for giving us some decent weather for the winter in spite of the blizzard of February 2015.

The market is totally ready
for buying and selling. Many different down payment assistance programs are available, such as the first time home buyers program and FHA financing just became more affordable. There are specialty niche lenders that can qualify you with a credit score under 600. Everyone, there are totally lots of options for you, and it is A REALTOR'S JOB TO DELIVER TO YOU THE RIGHT PROGRAM THAT SUITS YOUR SPECIFIC REAL ESTATE NEEDS. It is our job to educate and empower you, not just make a sale.
Given the technology advancement, and the internet virtually providing a buyer or seller most of the information they need, why do almost 90% of all sellers and buyers still use a realtor? Realtors have the expertise in the real estate process, real estate market, and provide customer service to stand apart from the others. There will always be a demand for a real estate agent regardless of how much technology improves. Since it is such a major financial decision, consumers will always need a real estate agent. Additionally, with access to the entire list of homes that have sold in the area, this access gives us an opportunity to fully access the local market home values, while Zillow and Trulia can only give you a national average of home prices. Zestimates are only estimates. Being in the field all day, we know the homes in the area we sell. These are real numbers.
