working towards their goals. The secret to their success is that at all times they keep a clear vision of their goals; this then is the fire that fuels their hard work. Setting clear goals releases your inner drive, when you crave something that you believe you deserve, your energy will naturally be ignited to achieve them. The reverse is true: Without a clear vision you can get lazy, show up late, procrastinate and work half-heartedly. Resilience: Life and business can be tough, and after enough struggles and setbacks it can be easy to give in. A common characteristic of highly successful people is that they never give in, even when it all seems pointless they keep moving forward.
