(1) Film
The film applied to VIP is a special film produced by dry laminated four layers to protect the
insulation while maintaining a vacuum for a long time to block the moisture and gas that can be
introduced from the outside, maintaining the performance of the insulation.
Figure 9 shows the composition of the film of the VIP.

Nylon gives the multi‐film flexibility to protect the foil when the film folds or impacts, and
prevents the deformation of the foil. VM‐PET fill is a special deposition film that blocks the moisture
and air transmitted from the outside and serves to extend the life of the foil by complementing the
breakage. Aluminum Foil is the best film in existence for air and moisture protection, and it blocks
the exchange of air and moisture from the outside and the interior. Finally, LDPE serves to hold the
sealing site so that the sealing is not separated by layering the film and the film when producing the
pouch of the product.
(2) Core Material
Fiber Glass used as a core material is excellent insulation performance, the thickness of the fiber is
3 to 5 ㎛ and belongs to the incombustible material.
Core material is produced by mixing 10% of the fine fiber and 90% of the ultra fine fiber, the fine
fiber serves to lower the flexibility during the vacuum to increase the core strength and the ultra fine
