middle. Finally, the courtyard allows for the planning and design of shared space, which minimizes 
sunlight and intergenerational interference. 
Therefore, we will focus on Alt1 and propose specific plans. The program can be divided into three 
main  categories:  ʹVarious  Age  Sharing  Typeʹ,  ʹHousing/Office  Complex  Typeʹ,  and  ʹType  with 
Immediate Business Spaceʹ.[Figure 4]

4.3 Suggestions for institutional improvement 
This  study  carried  out  a 
simulation  for  the  planning  of 
supported  housing  in  urban 
regeneration  areas  with  three 
housing  types.  However,  it  is 
difficult to realize such a direction 
without  institutional  support. 
Thus, in the process of progress, the 
institutional 
improvement 
direction  for  diversifying  the 
structure  of  the  program  was 
proposed as followings [Figure 5]:
