GOALS AND STICK WITH THEM

Setting goals is not always as easy as it seems to some people. People usually make statements or write down a list of things they would want to accomplish. However, as time progresses, they find themselves far from that goal. When this happens repeatedly, many begin to question the purpose of setting goals.
why to set goals?
The problem is not with setting goals, the problem is with setting goals that you will continuously strive for, a. k. a.,“ REALISTIC GOALS.” For example, many will set a goal to stop smoking, or lose X number of pounds, or run X number of miles for this upcoming year. If you know yourself pretty well, you know if that goal is realistic. Not realistic in general, but realistic for you. In other words, do you think you have what it takes to get it done? Are you willing to put forth every effort that will give you the results you are looking for?
STARTING STRONG
Once the goal is set, we start strong. We buy the gym equipment or sign up for that gym membership; we buy the new shoes and healthy foods. For the first week or so, we are off to a running start, and then suddenly things start to go downhill. I believe that one of the reasons things start to go downhill, is because
