Zara is a clothing retailer that was founded in 1975 under the Inditex group. The Inditex group are owned and founded by Amanico Ortega. Zara make up 80% of Inditex's profit. They currently offer women's wear, menswear and children's wear. Zara also have their own sub brand TRF, they offer more casual pieces and slightly less expensive. The currently have 2,100 stores in 88 countries. They offer designer inspired clothing at a more affordable price making fashion more accessible to the mass market. Many brands such as Topshop and H&M can not offer this at the pace Zara does, meaning Zara can fill this gap in the market.

How they are trading?

Zara is currently doing very well in the market. They are great at meeting customer demand due to their integrated supply chain and often have 'trending' items that sell out very quickly. With trends becoming more and more unpredictable due to social media unlike other brands, Zara can respond to these trends much quicker and setting themselves apart from their competition. They have currently made $15.9 billion in this year alone. They are adapting to shifts in their customers needs such as a sustainable collection and a ungendered collection
