Ingredients
45 ml gin
30 ml lime juice
7 ml simple syrup
60 ml club soda
15 ml cherry brandy or kirsch
Instructions
Pour the gin, lemon juice, simple
syrup and powdered sugar into a
cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Shake well and strain into a glass
with ice cubes. Add the club soda.
Float the cherry brandy by pouring it
over the back of a bar spoon.
Garnish with the lemon slice and a
Maraschino cherry.
