MIXOLOGY ITS ALL ABOUT THE Fizz SUDDEN HEADACHE CHAMPAGNE MOJITO Don’t let the name scare you! This delicious drink is prepared with easy to find alcohol and is super easy to mix! A simple yet elegant holiday drink. Ingredients: Ice 45 ml mango nectar or juice 30 ml silver tequila 22 ml triple sec 22 ml fresh lime juice 440 ml Simple Syrup 75 ml chilled demi-sec Champagne Instructions: Add all of the ingredients except the Champagne to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled flute and top with the Champagne. Ingredients: 3/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup water 1 1/2 cups packed mint leaves 6 limes, cut into wedges 2 cups light rum 3 cups Champagne or sparkling wine Instructions: In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water and cook over high heat until the sugar has dissolved. In a pitcher, combine the sugar syrup, mint leaves and lime and muddle with a spoon. Add the rum and stir. Pour into champagne flutes about two thirds full. Top with Champagne, garnish with the mint sprigs.
