SUDDEN HEADACHE
CHAMPAGNE MOJITO
Don’t let the name scare you! This
delicious drink is prepared with easy
to find alcohol and is super easy to
mix!
A simple yet elegant holiday drink.
Ingredients:
Ice
45 ml mango nectar or juice
30 ml silver tequila
22 ml triple sec
22 ml fresh lime juice
440 ml Simple Syrup
75 ml chilled demi-sec Champagne
Instructions:
Add all of the ingredients except
the Champagne to a cocktail shaker
filled with ice and shake well. Strain
into a chilled flute and top with the
Champagne.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
1 1/2 cups packed mint leaves
6 limes, cut into wedges
2 cups light rum
3 cups Champagne or sparkling wine
Instructions:
In a saucepan, combine the sugar
and water and cook over high heat
until the sugar has dissolved. In a
pitcher, combine the sugar syrup,
mint leaves and lime and muddle
with a spoon. Add the rum and stir.
Pour into champagne flutes about
two thirds full. Top with Champagne,
garnish with the mint sprigs.
