COFFEE ORANGE AND CARDAMOM COLD-BREWED COFFEE Try this spicy and indulgent coffee recipe to add more flavour to your mornings. (Yields ~2-4 servings) Ingredients: • • • • DORMANS KAHAWA DIARIES 1 orange 1 cup medium-grind coffee 12 cardamom pods, lightly crushed 1 litre water Method: Zest the orange and combine with the coffee, cardamom and water in a jar with a lid. Let this sit for 24 hours, then strain through a coffee filter. Serve over ice (you can also water it down if it is too strong for your taste) and add a well-stirred dollop of sweetened condensed milk if desired.
