Why choosing snack/tea break as survey study

We start to figure about the consumer psychology behind the hot sale of snacks when they had it after meal or before meal. In this magazine we will discuss the reason why we like to choose snack as survey study even though we have already had a meal and own explaination to the phenomenon that we are under stress.

As we known that, many of us tend to eat more than 2 meal per day. Snack food / tea break is one of meal for them. We would like to presen our own idea for the reason why we like to eat snack when we are studying and under certain stress. Normally, the process of studying accelerates energy consumption since brain cells are more active in biologically term and this will increase our metabolism. So under such situation, we are more likely to feel starving. Eating can be a good way to pilot our attention. After the long time focus of our brain, we tend to continue our work strain by eating. Some researchers have confirmed that when people are under stress, they will frequency of taking snack is higher due to the eating.

The other reason we choose to study snack as our survey is, we want to know more about it. A lot of restaurant now apply cozzy environment to dine in customer such as providing good snack/tea time. People tend to choose nice environment to intake their snacks just for leassure, spending their free time or creating new memory to their family. We want to know what is the purpose of people having their snack after meal, which is they are hungry, influenced by others, trying new food or others.

Price of Snack/tea time in the menu is quite high compare to others maincourse. Example: cheese cake, baskin Robin ice cream and others dish. Consumer still will afford it not because of the price but the meaning and the feeling after consumed it. Some of them will take it symbolic food. They willing to pay it just to eat it. Snack usually give people irrisible feeling.

The portion of the food sometime come with big amount or small amount. We want to know will consumer choose the snack by portion or others element. It can help food and beverage outlet to create a suitable portion dish for consumer to dine in with high satisfaction.
