L‘ gani...” of the Friediker Rebbe and said( as he was looking in the Kuntres)“ In the Maamar which the Rebbe( referring to the Friediker Rebbe) gave out for the day of his Histalkus, the Rebbe starts with Basi L‘ gani. As the Rebbe started to say the Maamar, everyone realised that for the first time the Rebbe was saying a Maamar in the proper
Maamar tone. At first everyone was so elated that there was a great Tumult throughout the Beis Hamedrash. Finally everyone settled down and listened attentively to the Rebbe’ s first Maamar.
In the middle of the Maamar, the Rebbe stopped and announced“ We will now stop and say L‘ chaim!” The elder Chasid Rabbi Nemtzov, jumped onto the table due to his great joy and proclaimed,“ Chassidim say after me. It is upon us to say the Brocha of Sh’ echiyanu! Hashem helped us, and we have a Rebbe!” Rabbi Nemtzov said Sh’ echiyanu( B’ shaim Malchus) and the whole Congregation answered with a resounding“ Amen!” The Rebbe smiled, then turned to Rabbi Nemtzov, and asked him to quieten down and to descend from the table.
Throughout the Maamar many Niggunim were sung. The Rebbe concluded the Maamar by saying,“ Now everything is only dependent on us! This refers to each of us. The fact that we are the 7th generation shows that surely we have Chavivus( are liked by Hashem). This will cause the hastening of the coming of Moshiach, and the Rebbe will take us out of Golus and he will redeem us!”
