Health: a right or something obvious?
Nowadays, due to the financial crisis and the wrong circumstances people
and especially young people do not care about their rights because they try
to find ways of survival in those difficult situations. Nobody worries about
social rights when he is in constant struggle to access them - to find job, to
provide something to eat in order to survive etc. In everyday chaos of the
consumers’ society people take a lot of things for granted not even
thinking that something is not right in the “health” sector. We see young
over waited people, drug users, smokers, sex workers, we see hospitals in
terrible conditions, we encounter health professionals with arrogant, bad
behaviours and temper, corruption, health programs stuck in drawers,
lack of money for health facilities and staff, no ambulance od pharmacy in
rural areas, people with no health insurance, expensive health services,
lack of professionalism and knowledge
