FROM THE EDITORS
Dear Reader,
The magazine that you’re about to read is the culmination of months of hard, fun, and rewarding work.
Three different teams have passed through and the two of us have been lucky enough to be a part of each
of those teams. During fall quarter, our team’s job was to solicit submissions, winter quarter our job was to
select the submissions and find the art that would suit our publication best, and finally, our spring quarter
team has worked tirelessly to present you with the book that you are holding right now.
We feel incredibly lucky to be able to bring this art to the campus that we love so much. Each one of these
pieces, whether it be visual, written, or electronic, has been hand selected. We hope that you, as the reader,
are able to get as much from these works as our teams have been able to. We hope that through our hard
work, we have been able to bring them together in a final magazine that you enjoy as much as we do.
The past year working on the staff of Yours Truly has been amazing for both of us and we’re very grateful
to have a final product as a result of that. The experiences, interpretations, and approaches shown by the
artists in our publication perfectly showcase the wide range of experiences and viewpoints that our campus
holds. To have a part, however big or small, in the amplification of those voices has us eager to present our
magazine to you, so without further ado . . .
