Water Bottle

Being single is kinda like a water bottle.
When you’re single, you may feel that you aren’t loved.
At least, that’s the way I feel some days.
Because you weren’t born single.
You had the love of your parents and friends filling you as a child.
Like we fill a water bottle.
And at some point in your life,
You will lose or think you’ve lost
The love of those who loved you.
And you will be heartbroken and empty.
Again, like a water bottle.
However, a water bottle can be refilled
Many times before it breaks
Or bursts,
Or is lost.
And you will love
And lose
And be lost
Many times before you break.
