Backward Tube Walking
Set Up
Place an elastic exercise loop around the
ankles and stand with the feet hip-width apart,
toes pointed straight ahead, and the knees
slightly bent.
Movement
While keeping the feet pointed straight
ahead, take small controlled alternating steps
backwards at 45 degree angles. Focus on
not rotating the upper body, hiking the hips,
arching the low back, or turning the feet
outward. Perform for the recommended
number of repetitions.
