Brittany Lang: I’m not sure about that one…
Anna Whiteley: Not so many funny players on the
American Team?!
Brittany Lang: No we do have funny players! Let me
think… can we come back to that one?
Brittany Lincicome: The best standup comedian is
probably Brittany Lang. She is super funny and always has
quick and witty responses to anything you say.
Brittany Lang: I’d probably say Paula Creamer. She
always makes me laugh and she is funny so I would
definitely say her.
Anna Whiteley: Which one of your team mates would
you like to sing a karaoke duet with?
Azahara Munoz: I would have to go with Carlotta,
we are always dancing and singing together over the last
few years.
Caroline Masson: I’m such a bad singer it would be in
for any of them but oh my God… I think a funny one would
be Mel, Mel wants to sing Karaoke.
Mel Reid: I think I’ve heard Azahara sing a little, so
maybe she can sing, but whoever I am singing with I would
probably bring them down because I’m not the best singer
in the world!
Anna Whiteley: Which one of your team-mates would
you like to have over the winning putt?
Lexi Thompson: That would have the winning putt?
Probably Cristie Kerr, she would walk it in!
Brittany Lang: Probably Stacy Lewis. She is a good
putter and a great player and I think she wants it really bad
and I think she would do it for sure.
Brittany Lincicome: I’m going to have to go with
Cristie Kerr again! She is an unbelievable putter and any
time I have played with her or watched her play she walks
in every putt and she doesn’t even wait for it to go in, she
knows it’s going in and walks towards it to get it out of the
hole which is pretty crazy, so definitely Christie Kerr.
Anna Whiteley: Finally, describe your Team Captain in
three words.
Azahara Munoz: She’s funny, very smiley and got a
great sense of humour.
Lexi Thompson: Three words? I’ve got to think about it…
Great role model. That was a good one! I’m quite impressed
with that one getting it that quick!
Brittany Lang: Laid back, funny and a mess!
Brittany Lincicome: Oh boy! Incredible, energetic and
amazing.
Caroline Masson: I think Carin is very funny and
incredibly passionate about the Solheim Cup and very
fashionable. So I think we are going to look good and we are
going to have a lot of fun and I think we will be successful
too… man that is tough if you don’t know what is coming!
