The Beach House
No trip to Portobello, one of many white-sand beaches to the east, is
complete without ducking your head into The Beach House for some
gelato and the famous ‘Edinburgh Seaside’ gin and tonic.
Cairngorm Coffee
Conceived in the Highlands but founded in Edinburgh, Cairngorm has
a couple of locations in the city, both serving tremendous coffee and
fantastic toasted cheese sandwiches.

Get in early and snuggle up with your laptop for an afternoon of study
accompanied by excellent Scottish coffee and sweet and savoury treats.

dished out from behind a massive tiled wall
until late seven days a week.
