Title Powerhouse
As a young girl in Corozal, Puerto Rico, excelling in math and science, Jessica Nazario always felt the need to help others and the drive to provide exemplary results.
We met in the stylish offices of Your Title Connection, LLC, a company started by Jessica Nazario and a core of competent experts, in 2012, which has gone from strength to strength, providing Title and Escrow services to the Florida market.
During our short interview, I could see immediately that this was a person who had exciting and innovative ideas to bring to a struggling property industry.
Earlier in her career, Ms Nazario was given the opportunity of opening a Title company branch and quickly proving herself, was within short order, followed by her clients. This brought her to the realization that she was destined to be her own person ~ a leader in this little understood field.
Because Ms Nazario well understands the goal of people who have a desire to own their own homes thereby realizing their dreams, she thrives in a highly regulated industry that always provides new challenges where no two days are the same and where her inspiration is borne of doing what she loves, with people that she loves.
Being a bi-lingual (Spanish-speaking) professional in Orlando for 18 years, helped, rather than hindered her. Jessica Nazario thrived in this female-dominated industry and soon saw the need to start her own Title and Escrow business which now includes an in-house attorney, Short Sale Negotiation, a Marketing department and a Foreign Investment department.
Your Title Connection, having started small, has seen immense growth in 2013, and has continued to increase its staff of property experts, under the watchful eye of Ms Nazario.
Her passionate goal is to open more branches of Your Title Connection, that will run autonomously, in all major cities in Florida and based on my interview with this driven, vital and energized professional woman, I have no doubt that it won't be long before her dream becomes reality, because that is what Jessica Nazario is all about - making dreams, a reality!
