FREE FREE FREE VISION OF HOPE CARES VUKA FARM SCHOOL PROJECT - Annual Feeding Scheme, Physical Development & Christmas Party. Beneficiaries: Learners between 6 and 16 years of age. CHATROOM PROJECT - Schools Networking, Counselling, Life Skills Development and Empowerment of children from mostly disadvantaged backgrounds. This project serves mainly Primary School pupils. ANNABEL & A-TEAM PROJECT - Life Skills Coaching, Motivational Sessions & Monthly Provision of Toiletries. This project serves High School pupils coming from traumatic or underprivileged backgrounds. Vision of Hope Foundation (NPO 131-467) hosted a fund-raising event with Juanita du Plessis on Saturday 9 April 2016 at Kleine Khomas, Rustenburg. The event was mainly aimed at generating money for those who are victims of sexual abuse, abused children and children/families in need of food. Vision of Hope and its team would like to thank the public for their ongoing support of this organisation’s movements. “Without public funding and support it would be nearly impossible to do the work we do.” Vision of Hope Foundation consists of a group of very passionate (and skilled) people. These individuals have a special calling to help those who have lost all hope. Our team and their various projects are dedicated to uplifting, empowering and developing the vulnerable and marginalized. Vision of Hope aims to serve the individual, the family and the South African community. This community consists of children, youth, women, men, disabled and the elderly. Vision of Hope Foundation is a national Non-Profit (NPO 131-167) organisation. “Vision of Hope recognizes the worth and sanctity of human life.” Vision of Hope Foundation is about restoring HOPE and LIFE through various projects.These projects deliver HIGH QUALITY holistic intervention, service delivery & aftercare. Some of our services include: ANNUAL CHILDREN’S WEEK - This project serves as a holiday program and is annually attended by between 600 to 800 6-13 year olds. We have more than 100 volunteers for the week. This one week program includes art therapy, plays, physical development, spiritual development, emotional development and meals. This event is FREE of charge! Vision of Hope has a host of children and youth development projects at various primary and secondary schools from different socio-economic backgrounds. These includethe following Other programs: DANCE THERAPY, WEEKLY SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS AT SCHOOLS, JOL CAMP, FEEDING SCHEMES & GIRLS’ LIFE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS Projects aimed towards adults: ART THERAPY PROJECT - An innovative project which aims to uplift, restore and heal the traumatized person within a group context. This therapy is unique in the sense that fine art (painting, sketching, clay modelling and crafts) and music are used as some of the primary instruments in bringing relief and healing. 180° - 180° Project aims to alleviate the strain which the drug epidemic puts on society. Services include Awareness, Prevention, Counselling and Support Groups. 180° places a strong emphasis on Spiritual and Life Skills development. “Prevention and awareness remain the ultimate solution.” The above mentioned projects are but to name a few.
