Domestic support
We offer help with general every day tasks such as ironing , shopping and even accompanying you to appointments .

Respite and sitting
We offer a respite service for your care giver , giving them the opportunity to have a break from their caring role . This may be for a couple of hours , a half or full day .
Personal care support
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission for our personal care service . This service is perfect for those wishing to live independently in the community but who require support with daily tasks at home that they may be unable to do themselves .
Tailored care
We can also offer tailored care packages to suit individual needs and provide quality care , ensuring that dignity is maintained and that people are respected at all times .

We take the welfare and ultimately the peace of mind of all our clients extremely seriously . All our staff undergo a rigorous recruitment , selection and training process , and they are also required to pass a Disclosure and Barring Service check ( DBS ).

Cost
Domestic support and respite and sitting We charge a flat fee per hour , there is no long-term commitment , and if you require two or more hours at a time we offer a reduced rate : Cost for one hour : £ 14.30 . For two hours or more : £ 12.76 per hour . Personal care support £ 14.55 per hour . Our services are currently available Monday to Friday , 9am- 5pm .

All of the staff working for want your experience of our services to be as good as it can be and we value all feedback . Additionally should the need arise , we have a robust complaints procedure and we treat any complaint seriously .
