were confident in their roles although they could have been more proactive in selling the raffle tickets and squares board.
The host for the night was described as excellent in feedback from attendees but his consumption of alcohol was a small issue which could have been avoided by setting a limit on the amount he was allowed to drink in the briefing (Shone and Parry, 2013). Had the crowd not been almost exclusively students his state may have had a negative effect on the image of the event and therefore the charity.
In the volunteer's feedback they were very complementary about their experience, the briefing/leadership they received and how much they had learnt about the event environment. Some feedback from the forms that were returned can be seen to the right and below are statistics on their experience.
