Møre ( Annual Report 2022 )
2022 was the first year for YoungShip Møre without activity limitations imposed by Covid-19 . We organized several events over the course of the year , starting with the annual meeting in February .
In March , YoungShip Møre organized a seminar on digitalization and innovation in the shipping industry , which was well-attended by industry professionals and provided valuable insights into the future of the industry . In May , we had the opportunity to present the opportunities that the decarbonization of the shipping industry can bring to our industry at Rederikonferansen in Ålesund . Before the summer holidays , the members gathered for an Ankerdram . It was the perfect opportunity to gather again and get to know some of the new members . During autumn , we had two vessel visits ( Havila Castor and Viking Polaris ). Towards the end of the year , and following the tradition , 45 YoungShippers were able to gather for the annual Christmas Party .
YongShip Møre was also represented at Nor-Shipping and ShipCon 2022 . In addition to face to face events , we still see a trend for more digital events and the ability to network globally .
