During the past year , YoungShip Venezuela have been profoundly focused on the growth and support of our members , especially on their academic evolution and training . Considering our current competitive era , and the shortage of opportunities for young professionals , it is essential for us to support our members .
The organization has been busy with a range of events and initiatives . The election resulted in the launch of new board members , bringing fresh perspective and energy to the team . In addition , the organization has continued its agreement with the International maritime Business School ( IMBS ) in Spain , which provides members with scholarship opportunities .
The organization has also been expanding its membership , welcoming new members to the branch . In keeping with its commitment to environmental sustainability , the organization participated in a Clean Up Day event .
After a year of strong rebuilding and constant changes , 2023 ’ s main goals are to complete our initial objectives and consolidate the organization in our country . Looking ahead , the organization is planning a series of training events related to opportunities for Venezuelan cadets on LinkedIn , including benefits and how to capitalize on them . Overall , YoungShip Venezuela remains committed to supporting its members and contributing to the community through a range of events and initiatives .
