Caleb Janus
Real Estate Firm: Keller Williams Realty Phoenix
Real Estate Type: Residential
Location: Arizona
Time Management Dilemma: Availability. While Caleb tries to
be everywhere at once, he recognizes that sometimes it’s just not
possible. “To be available for every client and still effectively create
new business, all while managing the different aspects of multiple
real estate transactions, can be difficult,” he explained.
Time Management Solution: Assistant Assets.
To combat the problem of not being able to be in every place at
the same time, Caleb has assistants who help keep things running
smoothly, handling things that he is unable to be present for. “By
utilizing a showing assistant, a licensed realtor who assists in
showing homes to clients, as well as a transaction coordinator,
a person responsible for coordinating and processing of all
information and documents related to the sale of each home, I
am able to balance my time more efficiently,” he said of his time
management solution.
When there are multiple clients that request to see properties
at the same time, having an assistant to do the showing allows
him to leverage his time, making it possible to get each client into
their new home when they desire to. Additionally, a transaction
coordinator is able to help facilitate administrative needs from the
time a buyer signs their contract to the time the keys get handed
over. He explains, “Having assistance in these two areas allows
me to continue to find new business, build relationships, and
negotiate all aspects of a transaction.”
