YOU CAN MAGAZINE Vol 6 | Page 9

LETTER FROM THE EDITOR Z ack Andrews T he key to a solid foundation is knowledge. At YOU CAN Magazine, we’re proud to introduce an eclectic group of contributors that bring with them not only that vast wealth of knowledge, but experience as well. This issue, we had the pleasure of chatting with Porsha Cills of BePolished about the DC based charity she helped co-found that has spent the last 5 years building relationships and changing the lives of young women in the community. Former diplomat Angie Bryan has spent her career traveling the world and building relationships with people from different backgrounds, and in Volume 6, she has blessed us with her wit and vivacious personality to teach us the how to build friendships as we get older. We also welcome health and wellness expert Kristen Coffield who opens our eyes to products and practices that are harmful to our bodies and alternatives to better protect them. To wrap up this volume, Kalani McClain returns to help you unleash your spirit animal, and Chef Phil is back with a delicious recipe that will bring a fresh balance to the regular barbeque staples at your Spring cookouts. Whether it’s your career, your family, or simply looking for that special someone to spend the rest of your life with, we’re all looking for contentment. Success will provide that, and setting a good foundation will give you the best chance at achieving it. If, at the end of the day, the team at YOU CAN Magazine can help set that foundation, we will have succeeded in our mission.”
