WHEN SWITCHING TO THONGS IN SUMMER , WE COMMONLY SEE SHIN OR FOOT PAIN REAR ITS HEAD .
Summer is a great time to start focusing on your physical health and wellbeing . A fun way to embrace the sunshine is by being outdoors and trying new things . And if you ’ re not feeling particularly fit , please know that it ’ s never too late to start exercising ! Research shows that even those entirely unaccustomed to exercise can benefit from resistance training , such as weight training and cardiovascular fitness , like walking or running . They have a wide range of colours to fit your summer style looks .
Pay attention to your warning signs
