m excited to reveal a slightly new direction for our
magazine. We’ve introduced a theme to each issue
and this time around we are focusing on “strength”.
We’ve scoured the land and come up with some amazing
articles that are designed to help you to develop and sustain
strength in your life. Our goal is to help you and your family
become stronger, more confident, healthier and happier. And,
of course, we’ve also included some wonderful recipes that
celebrate spring and its delicious seasonal produce.
If you have any theme suggestions for future editions, please
don’t hesitate to drop me a line and let me know. We love
receiving your feedback and we welcome any suggestions as
to what you’d like to read about in the future.
