Promoting Yoga as an ideally way of healthy and peaceful living, Namo Gange Trust has also initiated “The Grand Master of Yoga” contest to discover the best Yogis and Yoginis of modern era and bring all yogis on a common platform. This contest will also encourage the Yogi of new generation by highlighting their journey of Yoga, accomplishment, and contribution to our society. We will also honour high profile yogis in several categories like little of master of Yoga, lifetime Yoga achievement, Best Yoga philosopher, Best Yoga performer, and many more. Online and offline registration shall remain open till Feb 21, 2019 on spot, auditions are also being scheduled at Delhi/NCR’s at ‘The Yogshala” - Health Institutes cum Treatment Centres. The 2nd edition of Grand Master of Yoga is receiving very warm appreciation and further enthusiastic participation from across the country and some of the Yoga institutions, ashrams, universities are also supporting in organising auditions within their campus. Till now several auditions have been executed in some of well reputed institutions like National College (Mumbai), Patanjali University (Haridwar), Lovely Professional University (Jalandhar), Dev Sanskriti, University (Haridwar), Jyotiva Phule University (Jaipur). The Grand finale of the contest will be held on May 10, 11 & 12, 2019 during the 4th edition of India’s largest exhibition on Health & Wellness - “The Yogshala Expo 2019” in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The Yogshala Expo 2019 is also expanding its size of exhibition, number of events and activities with many more health & wellness attractions.
