OCTOBER
Pittodrie staged the Sky Sports
victory shield tie between Scotland
and Wales. Scotland won the game 2-0
thanks to goals from Celtic players
Sam Wardrope and Ciaran Lafferty.
The attendance that night was over
1,000.
NOVEMBER
On the 18th November, Lewis United
Youth under 15s sailed into round five
of the Scottish Cup after a crushing
9-0 home win against Dunbartonshire
outfit Dalmuir Park United. Daniel
MacKenzie bagged a hat-trick and it
was followed by a brace from Callum
Youngson, Lewis Ross, Barry Smith,
Marc Lawrence and Mark Swan.

DECEMBER
Deeside based Torphins Tornadoes
under 14s booked their place into the
last 16 of the Scottish Cup thanks to a
3-1 win over Calderbraes at Inverurie.
Micauly Ewen, Owen Griffiths and a
Joel George penalty did the damage.
JANUARY
A new year and some wintry
conditions came into the North East
causing disruption to the football.
Deveronvale under 16s who were to
end up winning the A league got a vital
victory away to Albion BC winning
1-0, Jack Sim scored for Vale.
FEBRUARY
Albion BC Under 14s reached the
semi finals of the Scottish Cup on the
3rd February, it was a day which had
rain, snow, hail and thunder, Milngavie
were the visitors to Spain Park and
the Aberdeen side ran out 3-2 winners
thanks to a Liam Morriso brace and
Jordon Sangster.
MARCH
An all North derby was the schedule
for the Scottish Cup semi finals with
Albion facing Dyce at Crombie Park,
Culter. After the original game was
postponed it was played on the 18th
March and Albion ran out 3-2 winners
Josh Milne and Cory Ritchie netted
for Dyce however the reds got the

win with goals from Liam Morrison,
Mitchell Cheyne and Oscar Slater.
APRIL
Cove BC Under 16s gained promotion
to the A league after a great season
finishing undefeated. They won 21
matches, drawing 1, scoring 116
goals, and conceding just 9.
MAY
Albion BC Under 15s gained the
treble after beating Lewis United
Youth on penalties, goalkeeper Reece
Duncan was the hero who dispatched
the final kick.
JUNE
Culter BC Under 16s won the first
ever Castle Trophies Shield beating
Deveronvale 3-2 at Ian Mair Park,
Dyce. Culter got the win thanks to
goals from Declan Milne, Aide Combe
and Stuart McNicholas
JULY
The Denis Law tournament took
place in Aberdeen over four days
with Aberdeen and Albion BC
representing the city. The Dons
reached the final only to be defeated
2-1 in extra time by Celtic.
AUGUST
August saw the start of the new
