SEASON
This dress can be worn in any season, summer or winter. You can wear this dress in the winter by wearing thick tights and a coat on top but ideally, it’s made to be worn in spring or summer as the length of the dress is shorter and the style is flowy for breezy to pass through in the hot weather.
FABRIC
The fabric that has been used to make this dress is 100% Polyester. There are a lot of advantages than disadvantages of using this fabric. The advantages are that the fabric does not fade colour easily meaning the colour will not spread and will last longer. Also, Polyester fabric is recyclable even though some toxic chemicals are used, but it's more environmentally friendly than others. However, one of the biggest disadvantages of polyester is that it’s not breathable meaning that it's uncomfortable against the skin.
DESCRIPTION
The garment that I have chosen is a CLASSIC off white, above the knee length, skater dress. The garment is made out of a textured vertical stripe fabric with criss cross trim across the shoulder, waist, and the bottom. With a hook and eye and invisible zip used for its fastening.
