PHILADELPHIA
CRAYFISH PARTY, AUGUST, 2012
The annual Crayfish Party is held together with the American Swedish Historical Museum in South Philadelphia and includes all the typical Swedish attributes such as sharp cheese, shots of Aquavit, silly hats and so called Swedish “snapsvisor” (drinking songs).
The Swedish Crayfish party is an old and very common tradition in the fall.
