OPERATIONS AND FINANCES
ParlAmericas’ operations and activities in the 2013-2014 fiscal year were financed through three main revenue sources*: (1) a multi-year project financed by the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD); (2) the membership fees contributed by parliaments throughout the hemisphere; and (3) the in-kind contribution from member parliaments to support the delivery of ParlAmericas programming.
A funding strategy is being implemented in order to diversify our funding sources and expand our activities to support our vision for a vibrant, sustainable inter-parliamentary forum for the Americas.
