In the spirit of parliamentary transparency and relationship building, ParlAmericas invited various civil society organizations to observe the sessions and meet with the parliamentarian delegates in attendance. Parliamentarians and civil society representatives had the opportunity to network and learn about one another’s efforts and priorities.
