Learning Festival

The AES Learning Festival 2019 was a collaboration between the Humanities, Mathematics and Science Departments and the theme for this year was "Learning Beyond the Horizon".
Some highlights included the amazing race, the PET rocket workshop and the level assembly programme. These activities kept our Assumptionknights on their toes, eager to see how the concepts they had learnt during their lessons play out in the real world.
Watching a durian swing inches away from Mr Tang Kok Bin’s face and propelling a plastic bottle several feet into the air were definitely more exciting ways to learn than from a textbook!
By the end of the week, Assumptionknights were already looking forward to the exciting learning activities that they would experience the following year.
