Yeulba , originally Culwu / 14 , was built by Logan Bros in New 2 '. ealand for Walter M . Maries . She was later acquired by A . L Mullins who won the Basin Cup in her in 1914 . Further owners were Lord Forster , the Governor-General of Australia , and Lord Stradbroke . the Governor of Victoria . In 1926 she was purchased by E . H . ( Teddy ) Webster . an enthusiastic Tasmanian yachtsman . E . H . Webster sold her to Angus Cumming of the Royal Yacht Club of Tasmania , who won the Maria Island Race in her in l 935 . the first ocean race conducted by a southern Tasmanian yacht club .
