Stephen Shield represented Lhe Royul Yacht Club of Tasmania wilh the Dragon Talwne , and Guynn Wilscm represented the Royal Geelong Yacht Club . Guyan , in Anastasia , was successful , winning the right to meet the defender .
Roben Poncr won the defender series and was selected to defend on behalf of the Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron . Rohen . in Kirribilli 11 . successfully defended the cup , winning three nil against Guyan Wilson in Ana . ruuia .
In the second challenge . in 1985 , Stephen Boyes . represenling the Royal Yacht Club of Tasnunia , raced against Guyan Wilson , represenling ! he Royal Geelong Yacht Club . Guyan Wilson was again successful and met Ted Alben inRaw / Jiriwbowon three
