TI1ere had always been lhe problem of on the wind or off the wind starts and finishes . Fleets becan1e bigger and bigger and today racing is virmally all outside with 011 die wind stllrtS and finishes . There is . however , still the option of racing smaner classes . and outside ones also . if really heavy weather demanded , inside the Piuwater .
