Driven by a passion for the food industry and a love for the color pink , the founder of Pink and Boujee LA aimed to create a unique dining experience . Combining traditional Mexican flavors with a boujee twist , this vibrant taqueria is more than just a place to eat — it ’ s a safe space specifically for Latinas and women of color , reminiscent of Abuelita ’ s kitchen .

One of the biggest challenges faced was the skepticism towards the concept of pink food . Despite this , the founder ’ s commitment to quality , freshness , and authentic Mexican flavors has earned respect and a loyal customer base . “ Our customers can taste the authenticity ,” she says .
Her advice to her younger self ? “ Never stop creating . Never stop believing in yourself . Keep taking risks .”
