same mistakes . We also designed the t-shirt , counted our equipment and ordered new jump ropes and sit and reach boxes . Two of our committee members also created a schedule that was sent to teachers to book in their classes . We had no choice but to use the field . We needed to think of everything that could happen , like rain or pollution . We couldn ’ t cancel it . Our effort was there , and we could not stop , it was our goal , our job , our mission to finish this event .
On the day we had to change our event because of the pollution . It was such a big shock for us ! What should we do ? Our teachers told us to be flexible and show perseverance . We became thinkers and changed our training to indoors – the gym and some classrooms . Although there were no tools for the sit and reach test , we did it in another way . Despite the interruption we managed to complete the event successfully .
