Happy Anniversary BCIS !

I have been teaching at BCIS for almost 5 years , feeling extremely fortunate to start every day with happy smiles from my high school students . During 2020 , I have seen at school an intense sense of community . Students helping each other and cheering themselves up , teachers going beyond their duty to look after one another and care for their students . Moreover , our school has done enormously to ensure that we are safe . It has been heart-warming to be part of our community .
Another aspect that I have noticed at school is that at BCIS we embrace change . BCIS is an advanced educational community that will always strive to be future ready .
For example , our students determination to achieve excellence in their DP examinations or ID8 projects , the passion for learning new languages , the willingness to be innovative in the arts , respect for oneself and others , loyalty and pride for our BCIS , and traditional Chinese values demonstrated through trust , honesty , selflessness , hope and kindness .
