XTREME 104 FM CATCHES UP WITH

JENNIFER LAYNE PARK

'NAMED 1 OF 20 HOTTEST NEW STARS IN FILM'

WELL JLP CAN WE CALL YOU THAT?

(JLP) I call me that33. (LOL)

So you was named one of

the "20 Hottest New Stars" along with Amy Adams and Anne Hathaway by the editors of PENTHOUSE magazine in their movie issue. How did you feel about that?

(JLP) I still laugh about the fact that I got in there with my clothes ON!"

That's quite an accomplishment. When did you catch your first 'Big Break'?

(JPL) I would have to say acting opposite Richard Gere and Alfred

Molina in Academy Award nominated director Lasse Hallstrom's THE HOAX,

released by Miramax.

We know because of your work in the world of independent feature films it has afforded you the opportunity to work with many of your favorite actors. Can you tell the readers some of the people you have been afforded the opportunity to work with?

(JLP) Wow, yes I have worked many of my favorites. I've acted opposite Seann William Scott in the indie feature TRAINWRECK: (LOL) MY LIFE

AS AN IDOIT; with Joe Rigano (CASINO), Tony Ray Rossi (THE SOPRANOS), and Frank Albanese (GOODFELLAS) in the gangster comedy MEATBALLS, TOMATOES AND MOBSTERS; and Tony Devon (PIZZA WITH BULLETS) in both the drama PLACEBO and the thrilling SHADOW OF A CANDLE. I have been very lucky to get to work with incredible cast and crews. My favorite thing about being on set is there is always something new to learn, I have also had a supporting role acting opposite Golden Globe winner Lili Taylor in Jenny Dellers indie feature,FORECAST (formerly known as FUTURE WEATHER). I remember going to the movies by myself to see Lili Taylor in 'I SHOT ANDY WARHOL' when it came out. To be on set and the big screen acting with her is a dream come true. I remember reading the reviews in VARIETY they sait "Future Weather" integrates a green message into a striking and emotional drama about intergenerational female conflict…Pic should flourish within its domestic-indie niche.” THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER said, “Fest auds will embrace its fresh take on the coming-of-age tale; prospects for an arthouse run are strong.” All of the reviews were so positive.

NICE!!!!! Are there any producing projects that you are working on now?
