Walk a mile in your customer’s shoes As business owners, entrepreneurs and solepreneurs we need to engineer innovative customer experiences in order to grow our profits, our customer loyalty and ultimately to increase our customer’s spend with us. We need to be asking ourselves the question – how can I deliver my product or service to my customer in the way which they need and want it. We need to be consumer centric in order to make engage in conversations and continue the dialogue and ultimately – the relationship.
