Meet  Nina  Hill,  Southern  Suburbs  Chapter  Leader       Nina  has  a  long  history  of  Networking.    After  moving  to  the   UK  to  work  as  an  Occupational  Therapist  she  changed   careers  and  owned  a  life  and  small  business  coaching   practice.     It  was  during  this  time  that  she  was  first  introduced  to   networking  at  an  early  morning  networking  meeting  in   central  London.    And  it  really  was  a  baptism  of  fire.    She  was   in  a  room  of  80-‐100  mainly  men  in  black  suits.    She  had  to   stand  and  give  her  30  second  pitch,  which  she  had  never   done  before.    And  by  her  account  she  was  rubbish  at  it!     However  she  realised  there  was  something  to  this   networking  thing.  So  she  searched  and  eventually  found  a   group  that  worked  for  her.   After  having  her  daughter,  Nina  combined  her  passion  for   health  and  helping  people  and  joined  Forever  Living   Products  while  still  in  London.  3  years  ago  she  returned  to  Cape  Town  with  her  husband  and   now  6  year  old  daughter.   It  was  a  challenge  initially,  but  knowing  they  had  made  the  right  decision,  they  stuck  it  out  and   she  continued  her  global  Forever  business  in  South  Africa.   Nina  joined  Xtraordinary  Women  half  way  through  her  first  year  back,  when  she  realised  it   was  a  supportive  business  development  environment.    As  with  the  networking  in  London,  she   has  found  it  a  wonderful  place  to  meet  inspiring  like-‐minded  women.    Not  only  has  it  grown   her  business,  but  it  has  resulted  in  some  wonderful  friendships.   As  Chapter  Leader  Nina  aims  to  continue  to  provide  a  space  for  women  to  be  inspired,  while   growing  their  businesses.    As  Networker  of  the  Year  2  years  in  a  row  she  wishes  to  share  her   knowledge  of  how  to  get  the  best  out  of  networking  so  that  the  members  can  develop  lasting   business  and  referral  relationships.   Being able to host, connect and share her enthusiasm for networking with her chapter in the Southern Suburbs is an exciting new role she has embarked on with Xtraordinary Women. She looks forward to members and guests alike growing their businesses in the network. Contact: [email protected] Website: http://www.ninahillaloe.flp.com Twitter: @AloeladySA
