It is March and the first three months of
2015 are almost finished.
How is it going with your goal plans?
Exercise plans? Look at your original plan
for 2015. Is their something you would like
to change? Something you should add?
Do not get desponded when you realize you
have not given certain goals and plans as
much time as you wanted to. Look at it
again. Where can you start, change or fit it
in your schedule. Why did it happen? Or
why did it not happen?
Be realistic about it.
Do not waste time on blaming yourself or
calling yourself bad names for not doing something.
Write it all down; make the necessary changes and plans. Now go out and do what
